Daily Rate for the Ballroom on Sundays drops to only $800 for the day and
we also have hourly rates.

don’t forget you can rent the Ballroom any day and receive any additional
room(s) for half off.

Want
to set up or rehearse on Friday, celebrate on Saturday, and clean up on
Sunday? No problem!! You can rent The Aerie
for the entire weekend.
For
just $1,600 you control the facility Thursday evening and all day
Friday. For only $1,800 you
control our entire facility Friday night and all day Saturday. Friday night, all day Saturday, and
Sunday morning is $2,000 and if you would like even more time you can
reserve The Aerie for all day Friday, all day Saturday, and Sunday
morning for only $2,400. No rushing, more sleeping, everyone’s

SERVING ALCOHOL
?
We
have a no alcohol discount at The Aerie. Any group not serving alcohol at
their event will receive a $50 discount off the daily ballroom rate plus
major savings off our cleaning service. Less Mess, Less Stress!!

or ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY ?
While
we would love to donate our facility to every group who asks, we have
found that doing this would cause us to be “non-profit” ourselves J
We
gladly offer a 5% discount off daily room rates for active duty military
